Shipping Information
Information during COVID pandemic: I will ship your purchases through UPS or USPS, whichever is cheaper. Please be patient, the mail service might take a bit longer than usual. You can also schedule Local Pick Up and get it from my front porch. I’ll wave from the window.
All packages will be sent via UPS or USPS from my studio in Birmingham, AL. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
The flat shipping fee includes packaging, insurance, and immediate refund for any pottery broken during shipping (which almost never happens). Shipping is calculated at time of purchase. Most pieces ship in a 8x8x8 box that is around 2 lbs. Larger or combined pieces could cost more to ship.
Shipping International
We currently do not offer International shipping. Check back soon!
Returns
I want you to love your pottery and if you don’t please send it back and I’ll refund the purchase price minus shipping costs. (Return shipping costs are buyers responsibility). Pots must be returned and arrive to me in the same condition they were sent, including all promotional materials, coupons, freebies, etc.
It is possible to cancel your order if it has not been shipped. Contact me and I will help you cancel your order. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
It is not possible to change a custom order once it has been submitted. This also includes changing the size or color of a product, removing an item, changing the delivery address or payment method
